    • Any new solutions

  • Produce estimated costs for the above and ensure that they are within the available budget

    • The requirements of both content creators and content approvers

    • All key aspects of the operating model such as processes, IT systems and management information

Important: Any solution design is focused on “content compliance” and does not address any areas that are not related to that.

When to use the Solution Design service

As you would expect, the Solution Design service is primarily intended to be used during the Solution Design phase.

However:

  • It can also be used to produce a high level design during the Solution Identification phase

  • The finalised design will be used extensively during the Solution Implementation phase
